Yoga is a modified name of Yog which was the discover of Rishi Munis in the olden days according to Hindu religions and after the deep study now it is regarded as a science which is called yog science.

Yoga teaches the Postures and breathing systems by which one can maintain good health, physically,mentally and spiritually. It gives the way to live a happy life making one feel his existence.

Yoga is the best way of preventing people from long term disease and a remedy too specially for hypertension,diabities,arthritis etc. Yoga believes in light exercises of flexibility of the body which should be done by mind, body and spirit at the same time. The slow the step is the more will be the benefit.
